Patcher not working

Every time a new patch comes up, and I try to run the patcher, it always gives me this error.

I was hoping for a long-term solution rather than having to download files every patch. I'd like to be able to run my patcher and play the game normally.

The issue you faced was caused by either high traffic with our download server or issue with your ISP. Normal waiting it our and trying again alter would have helped as well.
