Basic installation / voting / lag issues
|1.1||When I download the game, dreamms.exe is deleted||Turn off Windows Defender by going into Windows Security > Virus & Thread Protection > Under Virus & thread protections settings. Click on Manage settings. > Real-time protection (off). Don't forget to turn back on.|
Add the DreamMS folder to your exclusions (Virus & Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Add or remove exclusions > Add an Exclusion > Select the full DreamMS folder)
|1.2||How do I change the resolution of my client?||Open Dream.ini (or Dream if you don't have extensions visible) with notepad, choose your resolution (0-3), save, restart client.|
|1.3||Cannot vote due to “Cloudfare redirecting”||Try voting through mobile data when browser is having Cloudfare issues.|

|2.3||Client crashes when opening inventory||Run regedit, go to HKEY_LOCALMACHINE > Software > WOW6432Node and delete Wizet.|
|2.4||Invalid Pointer or weird symbols instead of text in-game/portals don't work properly||Set your system locale to English (US) (Untick unicode) https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/132050-change-system-locale-windows-10-a.html|
|2.5||DLL class not found||If setting your system locale to English with unicode unticked causes this problem, make sure your game file path does not contain a different language.|
|2.6||Client crashes when migrating to server/channel||Run the client in windows 7 compatibility mode and as administrator.|
|2.7||Gr2D error/Unspecified error||Select a resolution that your monitor supports.|
Alternatively, check your refresh rate, if it says a refresh rate that is not of the normal 60/120/144/165/240hz. You need to update your graphics card drivers.
|2.8||Fullscreen minimizes the client and cannot open if scaling is not 100%||Right click desktop > Display Settings > Under Scale and Loadout > Change the size of text,apps, and other items to be set at 100%.|
